  1. Do I need to book my own hotel room?
    A: Yes. Hotel information for the Skills in the States Forum can be found on the Registration page
     

  2. I’ve attended the Skills in the States Forum before and I’ve needed a link from NSC staff or a member of NSC’s network to register. Do I need a special link again this year to register? 
    A: No. We are simplifying registration this year through this public website. We hope that this simplified and open registration encourages you to share the link to this site with every person in your network who could benefit from attending the Forum. 
     

  3. I received a stipend to attend the Skills Summit in May 2023. If I need a stipend to attend Skills in the States Forum, do I need to apply for another stipend? 
    A: Yes. There are a limited number of stipends available for the Skills in the States Forum this year. 
     

  4. Who should I contact if I have questions regarding the stipend program?  
    A: Please reach out to Michael Richardson at michaelr@nationalskillscoalition.org with any questions.  
     

  5. I’ve been invited to be a speaker at the 2023 Skills in the States Forum. Do I have to pay the registration fee? 
    A: No. Please navigate to the Registration page of this website under ‘Forum Speaker or Sponsor’ and register for the forum without fee using the link in that section.
